1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Site or purchase our programs and services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Not Professional Advice
Dorcy Pruter is a spiritual seer with over 20 years of experience since 2006. Coaching, courses, programs, retreats, and content offered through this Site (including the UNHOOK Method, Sovereign Soul Collective, Sacred Return Intensive, First Move System, and any related offers) are educational and coaching services only. They are not a substitute for, and should not be relied upon in place of, medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice from a licensed professional.
Nothing on this Site or provided through our programs constitutes therapy, diagnosis, or treatment of any mental health condition. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact 911 (US) or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or seek care from a licensed provider immediately.
You are solely responsible for evaluating whether our services are appropriate for your circumstances, including any active legal matters (e.g., custody or family court proceedings), and for consulting your own attorney or licensed provider as needed.
3. Restrictions on Use of Materials
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, videos, audio, databases, course materials, HTML/code, and other intellectual property — is copyrighted and owned by Dorcy Inc. or its licensors. It may not be copied, reproduced, republished, reengineered, translated, hosted, distributed, or used to train any artificial intelligence or machine learning model without our express written permission.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names on this Site (including "Dorcy Pruter," "UNHOOK Method," and related program names) are the property of Dorcy Inc. or their respective owners and may not be used without prior written consent.
If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to clientcare@dorcyinc.com including: (1) a description of the copyrighted work, (2) the location of the allegedly infringing material on this Site, (3) your contact information, and (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized. We will investigate and respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
4. User Conduct
When using this Site or participating in our programs, communities, or communications, you agree not to:
- ◆Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- ◆Harass, threaten, defame, or disrespect Dorcy Pruter, staff, coaches, or other participants;
- ◆Share, record, or redistribute program materials, calls, or community content outside the program without permission;
- ◆Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- ◆Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to the Site.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove any participant from a program, community, or Site access, without refund where permitted by our Refund Policy below, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine is disrespectful or disruptive to Dorcy Pruter, staff, or other participants.
5. Testimonials and Results Disclaimer
Testimonials, case studies, and results shared on this Site reflect individual experiences. They are not guarantees of the results you will achieve. Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort, circumstances, and the actions of third parties (including family courts, co-parents, or family members), which are outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to reunification, reconciliation, or any particular legal or relational result.
6. Live Event and Immersion Content Release
By registering for or attending any live event, workshop, retreat, training, or immersion program hosted by Dorcy Inc., you acknowledge and agree that the event may be photographed, recorded, or livestreamed, and that your image, voice, likeness, and any comments, questions, chat messages, or testimonials you share during the event may be captured as part of that content.
You grant Dorcy Inc. permission to use this audio, video, and written content — including excerpts, clips, or your first name and general story — in our marketing, promotional, and educational materials, across any platform or medium, without compensation to you.
If you do not want your image, voice, or comments used in this way, you must notify event staff in advance of the event so alternate arrangements can be made where possible. This clause does not authorize the use of any content in a manner that violates applicable law.
7. AI-Powered Features
This Site or our programs may offer AI-powered tools, chatbots, or guides (for example, features that respond to questions using AI trained on our content). These tools are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Responses are AI-generated, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not a substitute for personalized coaching, legal advice, or professional guidance. Do not rely on AI-generated responses for decisions involving legal proceedings, custody matters, or safety. Use of AI features is at your own risk, and Dorcy Inc. is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content.
8. Confidentiality of Codes, Passwords, and Information
You agree to keep confidential any login credentials, subscriber codes, or account access issued to you by Dorcy Inc., and any information accessed through password-protected areas of our sites. You may not share this access with any other person.
9. Links to Third-Party Sites
This Site may link to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked site, and inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and all materials, programs, and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Site may contain technical, typographical, or other errors. Facts and information are believed accurate as of the time posted but may change without notice. Dorcy Inc. does not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free, and is not obligated to update it.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dorcy Inc., its owners, employees, coaches, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or our services — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Dorcy Inc.'s total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Site or our services will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Dorcy Inc. in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
12. Force Majeure
Dorcy Inc. is not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where the delay or failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, illness, internet or platform outages, government action, or other circumstances outside our control. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and reschedule affected programs or events.
13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any program or service purchased from Dorcy Inc. will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
This arbitration provision does not apply to intellectual property claims or requests for injunctive relief, which may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, as applied to agreements entered into and fully performed within California.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
16. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated. You may stop using our Site and services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you fail to comply with these Terms, or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your conduct warrants termination. Upon termination, you must cease use of any materials obtained from the Site and destroy all copies in your possession.
17. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Dorcy Inc. may assign these Terms without restriction.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements you sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dorcy Inc. regarding your use of the Site and our services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
